It is very difficult for us to provide a price without seeing the object in real life. Please contact the studio if you would like to arrange a time to come in with your object for assessment.
Our usual turnaround is 4-6 weeks for individual items. We can offer a priority service in order to complete jobs more quickly for a 30% additional fee.
We will issue an invoice on completion of our treatment. Payment can be made on collection by card or cash, or before collection by bank transfer or card payment over the phone.
*If items are not paid for and collected within 6 months of completion, a storage fee may be charged. If items are not collected after a year, with no communication from the client, we reserve the right to sell the item in order to reclaim our costs.
After treatment we recommend that items are kept flat. We can provide packing materials for most items. If items are being shipped it may be necessary for us to charge for extra packing materials.
*Please note our packing is for short-term protection during transit, it is not recommended for storage.
We can recommend various couriers and art handling companies. Clients are responsible for arranging and paying for collections and deliveries.
There is no parking on Coronet Street but there are pay and display parking bays close by.
We have general, public and employers liability insurance; a full copy of our insurance certificate is available on request. The studio is protected with full alarm security in line with insurers requirements.
